This Moment: Highlights from the White Rabbit Collection of Chinese Contemporary Art, drawn from the renowned White Rabbit Collection founded by Judith Neilson, offers a compelling snapshot of contemporary Chinese art over the past 25 years. Inspired by a poem by Yan Jun, the exhibition spans video, painting, installation and sculpture, foregrounding artists including Geng Xue, Guo Jian, LuYang, Peng Hung-Chih, Xu Zhen, Zhang Dali and Zhang Peili. Together their works explore identity, memory, and transformation within a rapidly shifting social and political landscape. Capturing the dynamism of post-Mao artistic practice, This Moment invites audiences into a nuanced dialogue with some of the most vital and provocative voices shaping contemporary art in China today.
