Do Ho Suh

In a solo exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA), South Korean artist Do Ho Suh explores contemporary arrangements of space and the unstable boundaries of its categorisation. Spanning three decades, from the 1990s to now, the exhibition presents emblematic works across a wide range of media that includes large-scale installations, sculptures, drawings, printmaking and video works. Curated by guest curator Rachel Kent, Chief Executive Officer, Bundanon Trust NSW, and MCA Associate Curator Megan Robson, the exhibition delves into the artist’s peripatetic existence and expands upon the relationships between individuality and collectivism, physicality and immateriality, mobility and fixity. Do Ho Suh’s solo exhibition continues at MCA until February 26, 2023.
